    At LonganZy, your satisfaction is our priority.
    If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery.

    We believe in building trust and long-term relationships with our customers, and we want every shopping experience to be positive and risk-free.


    1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

    To be eligible:

    • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

    • Tags and packaging must be intact and included

    • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or delivery receipt) must be provided

    All items — Except End of Season Sales — are eligible for return or exchange, provided the above conditions are met.


    2. Free Returns for First-Order Customers

    If you paid a delivery fee on your first order, your first return is completely free.
    We’ll cover the return shipping cost to make your experience smooth and enjoyable.

    For all other orders, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item received is defective or incorrect.


    3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

    1. Email us at longanzy@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

    2. Include your order number, item name, and reason for the return or exchange.

    3. Once approved, we’ll share the return instructions and return address.

    We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns to ensure safe delivery.


    4. Refunds

    Since LonganZy currently operates with Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet transfer once the returned item has been received and inspected.

    Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days after approval.


    5. Exchanges

    If you would like to exchange an item for another size, color, or style, please mention it in your return request.
    We’ll confirm availability before proceeding.
    If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.


    6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos.
    We’ll replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.


    7. Late or Missing Refunds

    If your refund hasn’t appeared after the expected period:

    • Check your bank or wallet account

    • Contact us at longanzy@gmail.com and we’ll resolve it promptly
