Inspired to create a brand that embodies happiness, comfort, and freedom, we focus on high-quality, distinctive designs.
Operating in Egypt, LonganZy blends modesty with modernity and elegance.

The name “LonganZy” tells a story:

“Long” represents modest wear, synonymous with elegance and grace.
“anZy” adds a contemporary twist for easy recognition.
The letter “Z” reflects Safinaz’s unique identity, and the giraffe icon symbolizes the brand’s grace and creativity.

Together, LonganZy celebrates a fusion of modesty, modernity, and elegance, embodying the charm and spirit of our brand.

The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to LonganZy, a fashion brand based in Egypt.
By visiting or shopping through our website www.longanzy.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

1. Access and Account

You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in Egypt and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and all activity under your account.

2. Products

We strive to accurately present our collections; however, product colors or appearance may vary depending on your device.
All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

3. Orders and Returns

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

Your purchases are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused and unworn items in their original condition with all tags attached — including discounted items.
If you paid a delivery fee on your first order, your first return is free of charge.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include VAT where applicable.
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only — payment is made directly to the courier upon receipt of your order.
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within Egypt only.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Cairo & Giza: 3–5 working days
Other Governorates: 5–7 working days

You will receive a confirmation message once your order is dispatched.
Delays caused by couriers or external factors are outside our control, but we’ll keep you informed.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, images, graphics, and designs — is the property of LonganZy or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Third-Party Services

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to offer our online shopping experience.
Shopify is not responsible for any part of your transaction with LonganZy.

All products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
